Just went wedding gift shopping for the second time in the recent past. One trip was to Famous-Barr, the other to Bergner's. For anyone reading this that's going to make a gift registry: avoid Famous-Barr like the plague. Your guests will thank you! Why is Bergner's so much better (compared to Famous-Barr)? They didn't assume that a college kid in fine china was lost, and actually walked over to help. They gave me a receipt, so I can look back on what I ordered. They gave me a "a gift is on order" card to give to the recipients, complete with phone number to call if there is a problem. They gave me a copy of the above, so I know what the recipients know. They gift-wrapped the above, so I have something pretty looking to give at the wedding shower. In other news: saw X-Men 2 last night. Recommended big-screen watching!  9:01:01 PM
